The Clerk and Recorder’s Office is to record documents which deal with all aspects of Golden Valley County. This involves filing & recording documents. We are also responsible for recording Commissioner Meetings and Road Information. These records are permanently stored.

The Election office handles all elections for the Primary, General, Municipal, and special elections for Golden Valley County.
